• Types of Cards: BitMerchants offers both physical and virtual cards. The availability and features of each type of card may vary.
• Card Provider: The cards are issued in partnership with a third-party financial institution. The terms of the card provider also apply.

3. Card Usage

• Funding: You can fund your card by converting your cryptocurrency holdings into fiat currency. The supported cryptocurrencies and conversion rates are provided on our platform.
• Transactions: Use your BitMerchants card for purchases and ATM withdrawals wherever the card network is accepted. Transaction limits may apply and are specified in your account dashboard.
• Dual-Mode Functionality: Our card offers dual-mode functionality, allowing transactions in both cryptocurrency and fiat currency, depending on your settings and preferences.

4. Fees

• Issuance Fee: There may be a one-time issuance fee for obtaining the card. This fee will be disclosed during the application process.
• Monthly Fee: A monthly maintenance fee may apply for using the card. This fee is deducted from your account balance.
• Transaction Fees: Fees may be charged for specific transactions, such as ATM withdrawals, foreign currency transactions, and balance inquiries. A detailed fee schedule is available on our platform.
• Conversion Fees: When converting cryptocurrency to fiat currency, a conversion fee will apply. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount and is disclosed before the transaction is completed.

5. Security Measures

• PIN and Security Code: For your security, the card is issued with a PIN and a CVV code. Keep these details confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: If your card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately through our platform or by contacting customer support. We will block the card to prevent unauthorized transactions and issue a replacement card.
• Fraud Protection: BitMerchants implements security measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. You are responsible for monitoring your account for any suspicious transactions and reporting them promptly.

6. Rewards and Cashback

7. Card Termination and Suspension

• Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your card at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be refunded according to our refund policy.
• Involuntary Suspension or Termination: BitMerchants reserves the right to suspend or terminate your card for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for all transactions made using your card. BitMerchants is not liable for any unauthorized transactions if you fail to safeguard your card or account credentials.
• Service Interruptions: BitMerchants is not responsible for any service interruptions or delays caused by the card provider or other third parties.
