How to buy a crypto with a card?
First, you have to verify your identity which only takes a couple of minutes. Once you pass verification, then:
- From the BitMerchants app dashboard, tap on Buy.
- Select your asset and enter the amount you would like to spend.
- Enter your credit or debit card details. Confirm your purchase and you’re done!
How to get up to 0.5% in rewards on your crypto purchases?
To earn instant crypto rewards, make sure at least 1% of your Portfolio Balance consists of BitMerchants Tokens. The rewards you get depend on your Loyalty Tier – the higher your Loyalty tier is, the more crypto you’ll earn.
If you want to get the maximum reward of 0.5%, join the Premium Loyalty tier by holding at least 10% of your Portfolio Balance in BitMerchants.

Let’s say you stay within BitMerchants Premium Loyalty tier and you buy $5,000 worth of BTC via the BitMerchants Exchange. That means you’ll get $25 worth of BTC in instant rewards:

Note: The total crypto rewards paid are limited to up to $100,000 in exchange volume per month. That means you’ll be earning rewards until your total monthly amount of swaps reaches $100,000. That limit resets back to $0 on the 1st day of each month.

Funding your account with USD, EUR, or GBP from your bank is easy.
- From the app dashboard, tap on Top Up.
- Select Top Up USD, EUR, or GBP, and choose your asset.
- Carefully read the instructions and copy the bank details.
- Enter the details in your third-party bank app or web platform and confirm the transfer. Your funds should arrive shortly.
How to deposit crypto via a blockchain network?
If you already have crypto assets, you can deposit them to your BitMerchants account easily.
- From the BitMerchants app dashboard, tap on Top Up.
- Select Top Up Crypto, and choose your asset.
- Select the network and copy your deposit address.
- Choose the same network in the third-party crypto wallet or exchange.
- Paste your deposit address and confirm the transfer. Your funds should arrive shortly.
How to transfer crypto between BitMerchants users?
Receive and send crypto to your friends on BitMerchants with a few taps on the BitMerchants app. To send crypto:
- Go to the Wallet tab and choose one of your available assets.
- Select the Withdraw option.
- Insert your friend’s deposit address for the respective asset or just scan their QR code.
- Add the amount you’d like to send and confirm your transfer. You’re all set!
If you want to receive crypto.
- Go to the Wallet tab and choose an asset you want to receive.
- Select the Top Up option.
- Send your deposit address to your friend, or just have them scan your QR code.
- Once your friend initiates the transfer you will receive the funds instantly.
